In this session we are going to talk about what thoughts are and how they are connected to our behaviour.

  • We will discuss how old we can be to start self-reflecting and understanding how we feel and behave.
  • We are going to discuss what emotional agility is and how it can help us.
  • Lastly, we want to share with you what to do if you are in a crisis and need help now. This is different from day-to-day ups and down’s and needs different support.
