This is a senior role and you’ll need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in all the key areas – fundraising, marketing and strategic direction, growth opportunities and the team. General & Referrer Relationships Manager

Keeping the wheels on the Green Hub bus is absolutely critical. The organisation now has lots of moving parts and we need someone who enjoys sitting at the heart of it all, helping us create a solid and sustainable base for the future.

Between you and two other key folk (who will have responsibility for specific operational areas of Green Hub) you will be responsible for making sure the engine keeps moving forward. Systems, processes, communications and all the important elements that keep the wheels turning. The role also involves taking the lead with developing our referrer relationships – these folk are the key to our ability to help more young people.

We are privileged to work with outstanding volunteers at every level of the organisation – but there also needs to be proper support to make sure nothing falls through the gaps. That’ll be your job!

Garden Manager

If you love being outdoors, are great with people and are a good multi-tasker, we need someone to manage Green Hub’s various host gardens, as well as overseeing our Green Teens programme.

So, things like making sure there is a programme of activities ready to go each week in each garden; that volunteers know where they are meant to be and what they are doing; as well as understanding how individual teens are getting on. Plus, we are looking for new sites all the time, so there is often development work going on.

You’ll be supported by the most amazing team of volunteers, many of whom are great gardeners – others less so. Your job, in simple terms, is to pull it all together.

Technical & Admin Support Assistant

Our systems – the ones we have and ones we haven’t even thought about yet – are essential to everything we do. Right from the very beginning, Green Hub has used systems and technology to support and amplify the efforts of our brilliant volunteers. Our CRM system, the website and volunteer’s portal, online advertising, file sharing, booking folk onto training sessions and so on. Which is why we need a technical whizz to take on and manage the many applications we now run.

Every day will bring new challenges – it may be implementing new systems, adding new functionality to the website, or explaining to a volunteer who struggles with tech how to log in.

Our day-to-day admin tasks are also vital. Every day the inbox attracts new requests – so you need to be just as happy booking people in for training sessions or sending out raffle tickets, as updating the website.
