We’ve officially turned 5!
What started with a handful of committed folk with a mission to support young people with social, emotional and mental health challenges – we’ve now grown to an incredible community of over 85 volunteers!
In just five short years we’ve worked with over 300 local young people and their families to improve their sense of wellbeing. And we’ve even added 3 more gardens to our collection along the way.
