It’s been an exciting day over at Witley Station. We entered the South & South East In Bloom Celebration Stations category this year, and today was Judgement Day!

Derek, a very experienced ‘Bloom’ judge, arrived with a film crew in tow, and they absolutely loved our Wellbeing Garden project, and were clearly bowled over with it all. So much more than a few platform planters!

We were able to give him a sneak preview of our original teen artwork, and he chatted with one of our young artists at length. We invited some others from the volunteering team, as well as parents. Everyone was able to share what Green Hub means to them, and how the Station Wellbeing Garden project has added to their overall experience.

The team were outside well in advance with a dustpan and brush, making it all look extra smart – no stone left unturned, as they say!

We get such positive feedback from folk passing by, it’s really lovely to hear.
