What. A. Day.  Our co-founder Vanessa and fab Witley volunteer Camilla had an early start heading to The ROC (aka the Rail Operating Centre) — basically the brain of the railway.

Watching the team run the entire network in real-time was wild! The Farncombe to Haslemere section goes online there in just a couple of weeks.

Then it was back to Guildford Pavilion for a day full of inspiration at the SWR Community Rail Conference — from powerful presentations to hearing how people are transforming their local stations across the network.

Highlight? Seeing our Witley project showcased as a standout example of bringing unused station space back to life. Big things ahead — roll on the National Awards in March! Most important of all, it was about connecting with brilliant people who are passionate about creating impact and unlocking support for social value projects like ours.
