Part 1 – Your body, mind and learning

Saturday, 26th February, 3pm to 5pm
  • The tool kit for learning – what practical tools do you need for revision, time tabling and revision strategies
  • Snacks, food and drinks to enhance your productivity and super charge your brain
  • How can I increase my productivity when learning? Practical strategies to be more focussed effective and less distracted when learning

Part 2 – The best way for YOU to learn

Saturday, 12th March, 3pm to 5pm
  • How to be more creative when you revise – and the secret to using your whole brain for more efficient and long-term memory
  • What to eat the night before & breakfast before your exams
  • First aid kit to counter revision nerves and panic attacks during exams

How much does it cost to attend?

A ‘standard’ ticket for a single session is £25. If you book BOTH parts of the Learning series, you get a 25% discount – just choose the £37.50 DOUBLE TICKET option. Once you’ve reserved your seats, you’ll be directed to our Event Payment page where you can make your payment. 

Because we understand that ‘affordability’ is a very relative term, we also have a ‘low income’ ticket price of £5 per session (£10 per double session) option – we offer this to you on a trust basis.

Tone Tellefsen-Hughes - Green Hub FounderTone Tellefsen Hughes

Tone is a chiropractor and owner of the Luck’s Yard Clinic in Milford. She is also the founder and co-chair of the Green Hub Project for teens. She spent the first 15 years of her career teaching other chiropractors about pregnancy and paediatric care in chiropractic practice, and the past 15 years working directly in her community doing talks to Schools and running workshops to support teens and parents on the subject of health and wellbeing. In her private practice she works with children and teens on a daily basis and her focus is always on the emotional and physical connection of wellbeing. www.lucksyardclinic.com

Melissa Carter

Melissa is qualified in psychology and psychoanalytic observation, as well as having a postgraduate teaching qualification. She has dedicated her working life to child development across many disciplines. Fiona Hayers

Fiona is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. She trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London and is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT). Lesley McCallLesley McCall

Lesley is a therapist specialising in anxiety and related problems in teenagers and young people. She trained at the Internationally renowned  Quest Institute in Regents College in London with the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy Trevor Sylvester. Monique Parker
