Thank you so much for signing up to be a Teen Volunteer at the Green Hub Garden. We are so excited to have you in our team and we are looking forward to seeing the garden change and develop with your help.

Before you start, we would like you and your parents to read through our welcome packs so you know exactly who we are and what our ethos and values stand for. This is so that we are all in agreement of what our mission is for working together but also conduct when working in a team. This makes the team work easier and simpler when we are all in the garden.

At the end of the ‘Teen Welcome Pack’ document, you’ll find the agreement that we need you sign. You will be sent the same document via DocuSign, where you both (parent and teen) will have a chance to add your e-signatures.

This tells you everything you need to know about the sessions, the purpose of the programme and what you can get out of it. It also includes the Teen Volunteer Agreement, which needs to be signed and returned to us before the first session.
