Does it really matter what I eat?

A talk for Teens on the impact of food on your mindset, with Fiona Hayers & Monique Parker

Wednesday, 26th January, 7pm to 8.30pm – Godalming

Yes, it really does matter what you eat!

Have you ever asked yourself these questions?

  1. Why do I crave chocolate and ice cream when I am feeling low?
  2. Why do I crave pasta and bread when I am tired?
  3. Why can I not stayed focused in lessons?
  4. Why I am I still hungry after a big meal?
  5. What can I eat to reduce my acne?

You’re going through a huge number of changes during your teenage years: physically, emotionally, and intellectually. And your body needs lots of fuel to make all these changes happen smoothly.

It is also important to get the right type of fuel, so it is not just about how much you eat, it is also about the kind of foods you eat and when you eat them.

In this session, Fiona & Monique will cover:

… small changes that you can make to your ‘fuel’, which will help you feel brighter, happier and help you focus for longer.

How much does it cost to attend?

A ‘standard’ ticket is £25. Once you’ve reserved your seats, you’ll be directed to our Event Payment page where you can make your payment.
