In this session we are going to talk about body language and posture.

  • We will discuss how this can change your own health and wellbeing and also how others can perceive us when we have different postures.
  • We will also talk about a non-violent way to speak back to bullies, and how to use your posture when someone is giving you a hard time.
  • We will lastly talk about the positive effect of practicing gratitude, kindness and random acts of kindness.
