Senior teen role

The aim of the senior teen role is to add some responsibility and offer some development for the teen. It isn’t a role that’s appropriate for all teens and we make this judgement on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we would expect the teen to be at least 15 years old, as the role requires a fair degree of maturity.

They essentially become part of the Adult Volunteer team, and need to arrive and leave at the relevant times.
