A powerful support programme for our teens …

Understanding the adolescent brain and capacity is a passion for me, and sharing this with teens is part of this work. I believe that adolescence is a time for huge development and growth, and when we can understand ourselves better, we can find an easier path during this time.

I spent a fair bit of time in 2023 working on a distance learning course via Yale University, all about understanding the teen brain. At the end of it I felt compelled to share this with our teens.

Together with my fellow Trustees, Vanessa & Anthea, we have put together an 8 week programme for teens. We will share it with them after a week or so of them joining our teen garden programme. They will received an email each week with a link to the next section of the programme and a supporting worksheet. We would also be delighted if you would like to go through the programme too – and so links to all the pages are given below.

We hope you enjoy it – please feel free to complete the feedback section after weeks 4 and 8.
