The Green Hub: Understanding the fundamentals
As a new volunteer with Green Hub, you’ll find it really helpful to watch this series of introductory videos.
- At the end of this series of introductory videos you should have a good understanding of how the Green Hub functions and how to get the most out of your volunteering role.
- You are then asked to take a short test of 10 questions.
- The pass mark for the test is 80% – you must pass this test before you can begin your role. You have three attempts.

Taking the test …
The purpose of the training is to equip you to to do your role, not just pass a test. So, once you have watched the videos and, most importantly, you feel you’ve fully understood the subject, you should then take the test.
